The TipRouter NCN is being developed to decentralize and enhance the security of MEV tip distribution on Solana by leveraging Jito Restaking. This proposal will empower node operators to come to consensus on distributing MEV tips, with 3% of tips allocated to the Jito DAO treasury and NCN participants. This integration strengthens DAO control over validator security while establishing a more robust and transparent mechanism for managing network rewards.
